Northbound extra 242 passes through the S-Curve next to the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood international airport with a decent cut of company intermodal bound for Jacksonville, FL.

FEC works to recover from Hurricane Jeanne and Frances. This is only the 3rd day of full operations since the last storm struck last week. Trains this day were running every hour.
